Forest house
Futura House, a 1,600-square-meter project in River Village, takes inspiration from the organic forms of Frank Lloyd Wright and the fluid geometry of Zaha Hadid. A bold spiral staircase reminiscent of New York’s MoMA draws the eye, while minimalist classicism and rough geometry collide with precision.
Glass, steel and marble shape the interiors – clean, uncompromising and striking. Natural light pours through floor-to-ceiling windows, enhancing the architectural drama inspired by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe and Tadao Ando.High-tech security and intelligent systems match the pure design ambitions. Futura House is not just a house, it is a modernist force of nature.
