The main task of the candidate for this role is to work in a team led by the Chief Architect of the project, to provide support in the creation of projects, well-coordinated communication within the working group, understanding responsibility for the result, having sufficient skills in professional programs, understanding construction processes, the ability to coordinate their actions with external parties, whether they are colleagues, clients, suppliers or service providers and be able to manage one or two projects in a short time.
Responsibility:
- Understand interior design and architecture of ANTON PETROV Architects projects, working both independently and as part of design teams.
- Thorough knowledge and compliance with all ANTON PETROV Architects systems, standards and procedures.
- Ability to work in a structured document management system
- Assistance in the preparation and revision of drawings, images, presentations, renderings and other documents related to the project.
- Assistance in solving the issues of detail and technical issues in accordance with the project design plan.
- Assist in the development of the design and project with the involvement of directors/assistants responsible for the key stages of the project.
- Keep in touch, where appropriate, with members of the external project team as well as organizations or companies.
- Ensure that all project results and deadlines are met. Working with 3D artists to create realistic CGI renderings (sending finishing materials / lighting / design, etc.)
- Collaboration with ID and SAOTA.
- Visits to facilities and assistance in the implementation of projects. Assistance in project administration.
Required skills and criteria
- Diploma in interior design or architecture.
- Significant work experience and fluency in ArchiCAD, AutoCAD and Photoshop.
- Work experience of more than 5 years.
- Ownership of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to understand and formulate design concepts and present them for discussion
managers.
- Ability to understand and interpret instructions correctly.
- The ability to learn and be creative in problem solving.
- Ability to meet deadlines and regularly report on the work done.
